What is the exchange and return policy?
All Sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges on any items. Please email us if you have any questions about the policy.

At this time, we do not currently offer gift cards or certificates.

We do offer international shipping depending on the product. All international products will be required to comply with US Post Master General shipping regulations.
How long will it take to process my order?
New orders can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to process. The shipping time will vary depending on the destination of the package.
What shipping options do I have?
All products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
We will send you an email to notify you once your order has shipped. This email will contain all the necessary information needed to track your package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders ship from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The shipping time will vary depending on the destination of the package.
What will my package look like upon arrival?
All packages are shipped in branded packaging that has the logo & company name.
My tracking number says that the package was delivered but I can’t find it…What do I do?
Make sure to check your neighbor’s house to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. If you cannot find your package, please email us with 48 hours & we will discuss how to proceed.
I think my product has been contaminated… What do I do?
Please take pictures of product with the visible contamination & email us. We will reply to your email with instructions on how to proceed.
